Danielle has practised exclusively in family law, in private practice and as a volunteer solicitor for the Inner City Legal Centre and the Family Court.
Children's matters are her passion, and she derives great satisfaction from helping parents resolve the difficulties they face when parenting from two homes.
She trained as a mediator and registered family dispute resolution practitioner because she strongly believed she could help clients communicate their way to a more positive future for their children.
She has experience in family and general mediation. Her Masters thesis is specifically about the new reforms to the family law system, including the introduction of mandatory mediation. In her practice as both a lawyer and mediator, Danielle is committed to providing a high level of empathy, client care and guidance.
Danielle's favourite hobby is writing for magazines. She once had a legal column in Woman's Day under the pseudonym, "Danielle Carrington", where she would answer readers' legal questions.
Danielle is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP).
